If your upvote count drops within 30 days of delivery due to issues on our end, we will either re-deliver the missing votes at no charge or issue a full refund for the affected portion of your order.

2. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your order within the estimated timeframe. If we fail to deliver your order within 48 hours of the estimated completion time (excluding delays caused by Reddit platform issues), you may request a full refund.
